All BonBons nurseries have been registered with Ofsted who are the inspectorate of childcare services in England and who contribute to the provision of better education and care through effective inspection and regulation. Regular inspections are carried out to ensure compliance with the National Daycare standards and a link is provided on our locations page of the website to the most recent report at each of our settings. Our Ofsted certificate of registration is displayed in the reception area of each of our nurseries.

BonBons Day Nurseries Ltd were awarded the Investor in People recognition reward in 2004 which is a national quality standard defining good levels of practice for the training and development of people. The company recognises that its greatest asset is their staff and our continued commitment to the framework ensures our team of professionals are motivated, developed and supported through training and evaluation.

All 3 of our nurseries are currently working towards the accreditation of the NDNA’s quality assurance scheme known as Quality Counts which is the leading independently assessed quality assurance scheme specifically designed for group day care and is endorsed by the Investors in Children. For parents this kite mark acts as an indicator of quality over and above the National Standards and BonBons is committed to the continuous review of its practice.

Sure Start is a government programme which aims to achieve better outcomes for children, parents and communities and brings together early education, childcare, health and family support. BonBons Day Nurseries Ltd has been networking with the local Sure Start in Shipley since BonBons was first incorporated and this developed into an effective partnership with the opening of our third nursery in Frizinghall, Bradford in April 2005. It is our aim that this partnership will continue to develop and together we will strive to raise the learning opportunities from birth to five by effective inclusive practice.
